I have done occasional video productions for community groups, most recently a local group opposing a proposal for a massive wind energy project.
The Maple Harvest Wind Project is a proposal for installing more than two dozen 600 foot tall wind turbines in the rural and scenic southern Onandaga County. A local community group, Southern Hills Wind Watch, has arisen to oppose this installation.
I put together a series of drone videos of flyovers of the proposed sites, flown at the same height as the sweep of the blades.
One of these videos is a compilation of the videos of the individual flyovers.
